Delivery of the OASIS Leadership Journey in the real world resulted in a realisation that leaders often want a quick and effective intervention to give direction and to boost teams. At Empanda we have grouped the most common leadership needs into areas that leaders often want to focus upon. We have created a holistic (and ever expanding) range of Journeys for leaders. All our journeys are fun and motivational, and each also has a purpose that helps your travellers to take accelerated and inspired steps ahead.
