Team Journeys
Delivery of the OASIS Leadership Journey in the real world resulted in a realisation that leaders often want a quick and effective intervention to give direction and to boost teams. At Empanda we have grouped the most common leadership needs into areas that leaders often want to focus upon. We have created a holistic (and ever expanding) range of Journeys for leaders. All our journeys are fun and motivational, and each also has a purpose that helps your travellers to take accelerated and inspired steps ahead.

Navigate our journeys through our four domains or ‘wings’, each of which fulfil a key purpose for leaders. 

The first wing is innovation where our courageous hearts build leadership within our teams, where we accelerate new ideas, where we inspire an appetite for excellence, and where we mobilise bold new adventures. 

The second wing is collaboration across the constellation of our stars, bringing people into alignment, creating bonds and connections, celebrating and recognizing our successes, unifying ourselves into teams with focus and purpose.
